General Information
Randolph Terrace Historic Inn Bed and Breakfast is nestled in Peoria's first
historic district. Originally built in 1914 by one of Peoria's most prominent
families, this Georgian Revival home has been restored to its former elegance.
The Randolph Terrace Historic Inn Bed and Breakfast is a small elegant hotel
located off the corner of Columbia Terrace and Randolph Street in the Randolph
Roanoke Historic District. It is minutes from Peoria's River front,the convention
center, Bradley University, University of Illinois College of Medicine and Peoria's
downtown medical center.
Each bedroom varies in size, but all are appointed with European antiques. All
have a private bathroom, luxurious robes and hair dryer to use during your visit.
Complimentary high speed Internet access is also provided for guests.
The abundant and spacious common areas are elegantly furnished. The living
room, east room and sun room allow restful privacy. The sun room has a 32" HDTV for your enjoyment. The library has
ample room for small board meetings,presentations or seminars. Candlelight breakfast is served in the formal dining room.
The garden is open for your enjoyment. Garaged parking is available for most guests.

our guests, children are allowed by special arrangement only.
