Reservation and Payment
Advanced deposit of one night's lodging is required to secure
reservations. Refunds (see terms below) are given only if cancellations notice
is received at least 7 days prior to reservation date or 30 days
notice when 3 or 4 room-nights are reserved.
Cash, traveler checks, Visa and Master Card are accepted.

Rates quoted for double occupancy. An extra fee of $25 per person will be applied.
Terms
Advanced reservations are required. An advanced deposit may be
required when making a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Guests who give cancellation with seven day notice have three options:
1) Re-book to another date
2) Receive a gift certificate for the amount of the prepaid room,
good toward a future reservation
3) Receive a refund less a $25 per room cancellation fee.
Guests who give less than one week's notice of cancellation forfeit the room
deposit unless the room is re-booked. If the room is re-booked, the guest may chose one
of the above options. When booking three or more rooms, a 30 day notice of cancellation
is required.
Check in time is by arrangement. Check out is by 11 A.M.
The Randolph Terrace Historic Inn Bed & Breakfast is available for parties,
receptions, seminars, and other small gatherings. Please call for details.

Rates are based on double occupancy. A $25 fee will be charged per extra person.
